Where XCODE provides a link, introduction or other reference to a third-party broker, the decision to open an account, deposit funds or trade remains entirely the member’s decision.
Members should independently review the broker’s legal entity, regulatory status, terms and conditions, fees, leverage, protections, withdrawal arrangements and applicable jurisdiction before opening an account or depositing funds.
The regulatory status and protections applicable to a member will depend on the specific legal entity with which that member contracts. The fact that a broker operates other regulated entities in other jurisdictions does not mean that every entity within that group is authorised or regulated by the FCA.
VANTAGE
Where XCODE refers members to Vantage Markets, members should carefully establish which Vantage Markets legal entity they are contracting with before opening an account.
Vantage Markets is a separate and independent third-party broker. XCODE does not represent, suggest or imply that Vantage Markets is authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), unless this is expressly confirmed by the relevant FCA register and the specific legal entity with which the member contracts.
Accordingly, XCODE does not represent, suggest or imply that an account opened with Vantage Markets is an FCA-regulated account or that UK FCA protections automatically apply to such an account.
Members must read Vantage Markets’ own legal documentation and determine the entity, jurisdiction and regulatory protections applicable to their individual account before depositing any money.
NO BROKERAGE OR CLIENT-MONEY RELATIONSHIP

* hold or safeguard members’ money;
* accept deposits for trading;

All trading accounts, deposits, withdrawals, execution and client-money arrangements are solely between the member and the relevant third-party broker.
